Olive is thrilled to bring folks together in her adopted home of West Sacramento through her donation based class at Sun & Soil!
Introduced to yoga at a young age, Olive is a recently certified yoga instructor and is thrilled to be able to share her lifelong yoga practice with the community. Informed by holistic philosophy and her BA in Social Work, she utilizes yoga as a valuable tool to support individuals and communities.
Her community-based approach manifests itself as a Vinyasa style class, infused with elements from the slower Hatha and Yin Yoga practices. Passionate about accessibility, everyone is encouraged to share in the experience, from experienced yogis to first-time practitioners.
