These yoga classes will be offered the first and last Saturday of the upcoming months. Please sign up here and bring your mat and water bottle to get your stretch on with Kimberly and Bryant. 10:15am -11:15am. 

 

Our intention is to create space where students can practice regardless of financial circumstances, while also honoring the real value and work that goes into teaching. Many people don’t realize that yoga teachers are essentially small business owners—continuing education, preparation, trainings, and development all happen outside of class, and contributions help support that ongoing work. Donations would go directly to the teacher leading that day, helping us continue our education and deepen the quality of what we offer.

We also want to be clear that contributions are welcomed and appreciated, but never required. This offering is an invitation—no pressure, no expectation—just an option to contribute if one feels called and able. Our heart is to make yoga accessible while still being transparent about what helps sustain the practice and the teachers who hold the space.

 

About Bryant Holiday
Bryant’s teaching style is gentle, grounded, and well-rounded. He offers challenge for students seeking a more vigorous practice while maintaining accessibility for all, regardless of fitness or experience level. Bryant loves encouraging others to discover strength, presence, and joy through mindful movement.

About Kimberly Roberts
Kimberly offers a grounding VinYin practice that blends gentle movement with deeper holds, creating space for both strength and stillness. Some days the body and energy call for a full Yin experience, and on those days class shifts into long, supported postures to nourish the deeper layers of body and mind. Her classes are beginner-friendly while still offering opportunities to build strength, confidence, and a felt sense of empowerment. With intention and mindful sequencing, students are guided to connect breath, body, and spirit in a way that honors individual needs and abilities. Each class is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and build presence one breath at a time. The goal is not perfection, but connection, within ourselves, with the moment, and with the practice.
