What is Health?

There is nothing greater to life than ones health yet in our complex world it has become more difficult to understand WHAT IS HEALTH and even harder to attain. At a foundational level, much of our health is driven by the food we consume but the more removed we have become from growing, raising, harvesting, and prepping it ourselves, the less we understand.

Unfortunately, much of what has been mass produced or made by others is ultra-processed with low nutrient content and/or contaminated with processed sugars, preservatives, chemicals, food dyes, artificial flavors and more. Many of these are known to be toxic to human health.

Our Mission is to Build Health Organically as we believe health begins with clean food.

Eating clean does a body good and we want to be a part of the solution. What exactly to eat can be a tougher question though nutrient dense vegetables and fruits are a solid place to start. There are many fantastic influencers, books, documentaries, and other resources that explore food that can help you re-think your relationship with it and your health.
